Volunteer Information:
Our market is 100% volunteer run - from market day setup and closing, clerking in The Country Store, coordinating and running our special events and everything in between! It's a great way to get out on a Saturday morning and for high school students - you can even use your volunteer hours towards your Community Service requirements!
If you are interested in becoming a market volunteer, contact us here or stop by the market to talk to a member of our Market Committee! High School students can contact the Clarence Youth Bureau to view posted volunteer opportunities for the Market, throughout the summer.
New York State's only "Rails-to-Trails" Farmers' Market!
The Clarence Hollow Farmers' Market does not receive funding from the town, county, state, or federal governments. As a nonprofit, we rely on fundraising and the help of the community to support our market season. We achieve this goal through a combination of volunteer and sponsorship support, and fundraising efforts.

Friends of the Market:
Each season, we reach out to the community for financial support for the Clarence Hollow Farmers’ Market! This support helps to ensure that we continue to bring a standard of excellence in the Farmers’ Market arena, that our town and surrounding communities have come to rely on!
Through past support, the Market has been able to invest in a sound system, offer weekly live music and entertainment, purchase new signage and construct our Market shelter. This year’s support will help the Market continue with our advertising presence, including maintenance of our new website, and to help cover costs associated with a new marquee that will be prominently displayed along Main Street!
All funds raised are invested 100% to improve, expand or promote The Market! By becoming a “FRIEND OF THE MARKET” you will help make the Clarence Hollow Farmers’ Market a great community destination for everyone and have the pride in knowing that you were a part of such a great cause!
