In 2010, the Clarence Hollow Farmers' Market launched our Lil Sprouts program, offering a mix of educational and fun activities for kids from 2 to 12. Each Saturday, from 9am to 12pm, a different FREE activity is available to kids visiting the Market with their parents. These activities vary from nutrition, gardening, farming, community, safety and some are just plain FUN!

In 2016, we are excited to continue our partnership with local organizations and volunteers who will be helping to man our Lil Sprouts activity tent.
The SUNY Buffalo Dietetic Internship Program will have participating Interns hosting activities that are both nutritional and education based.
And as in past years, we are also blessed to have other local youth-related businesses helping out in the schedule, as well as volunteers from the Clarence Youth Bureau - working towards their high school community service requirements. The support of these community groups and businesses, as well as local donations and sponsorships, all help us to offer these types of activities for visiting children! So make sure to stop by and bring the kids, for a morning of FUN!
