New York State's only "Rails-to-Trails" Farmers' Market!
4-6 Potatoes
1/4 to 1/2 cup Milk
Butter
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup Cream
1/2 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
Cook, drain and mash the potatoes, to measure 3-4 cups. Add milk, in increments, until potatoes are light and fluffy. Stir in butter, salt and pepper to your preferred taste. Place potatoes to a greased casserole dish. In a separate bowl, whip cream until stiff. Gently fold in cheese and spread mixture over potatoes. Bake at 350 degress for 15 minutes, or until top of potatoes are lightly browned.
